Description

OMFit Cork Press – Fine-tuning for the perfect fit

With this cork press, you can apply additional OMFit cork material exactly where you need it. This allows you to adjust your ZipFits at any time, create more support, and fine-tune the fit even more precisely to your foot.

Because one thing is clear:

The perfect ski boot is not created by chance. It is created through fine-tuning.

Your fit evolves with you

Bought a new ski shell? Different socks? Want even more heel hold?

No problem.

Unlike traditional foam-injected liners, a ZipFit is not a "fit once and done" product. You can add cork or redistribute it as needed at any time, and constantly re-tune your liner to your requirements.

This is precisely what makes ZipFit so special: The liner can adapt over years as your needs change.

We therefore strongly recommend working with your ZipFits, experimenting, and perfecting the fit step by step.

Why OMFit Cork?

✔ More heel hold
✔ Less movement in the ski boot
✔ Better power transfer
✔ Individually adjustable fit
✔ Perfect for bootfitting and fine-tuning

Application

The cork press is used to introduce the OMFit cork material from the cartridges into the designated pockets of your ZipFit liner.

This allows you to specifically build up more volume at the ankle, heel, or tongue, and fine-tune your ski boot even more precisely to your foot.

Small adjustment. Big difference.

That's exactly why so many skiers swear by ZipFit. 🎿🔥

ZipFit - The Original Liner

Since 1989, ZipFit liners have set the benchmark for how a ski boot should feel. Developed by ZipFit founder Sven Coomer in Mammoth, California, the legendary OMFit cork compound has remained virtually unchanged—simply because it performs better than anything else.

Whether on the World Cup podium, charging through deep powder, or tackling long ski touring adventures, every ZipFit liner is still handcrafted in Italy, individually molded to the skier, and built to outlast its ski boot shell by many years.
