Shipping policy

From the mountains straight to your door: We ship your order quickly and reliably to Austria, Germany and the Netherlands. Shipping costs depend on the destination country, the order value and the package size. Free shipping from €100 to Austria and Germany, from €250 to the Netherlands (excluding bulky goods and bikes).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking information by email. Depending on the destination country, we ship with Austrian Post, GLS, DPD or DHL.

All shipping costs include statutory VAT. Bulky goods and bikes are charged at a flat rate, regardless of order value.

You only pay shipping once per order: If your order contains items from different categories, we only charge the highest applicable shipping rate. All other items ship along at no extra cost.

SHIPPING BULKY GOODS

We ship particularly large or long items as bulky goods. These orders are subject to a separate shipping rate that replaces standard shipping, so there is no additional surcharge. The bulky goods rate is charged only once per order, even if you order several bulky items.

Our shopping cart automatically detects whether your order contains bulky goods and shows you the applicable shipping costs before you complete your order.

Snowboards

Bikes – whether snow bike, e-bike or bicycle – are shipped safely by freight carrier. A flat rate of €39.90 applies to all delivery countries, regardless of order value. If your order includes a bike, only this flat rate is charged – even if you also order skis, snowboards or other items.

We currently deliver to Austria, Germany and the Netherlands. Would you like to order to a different country? Just give us a call at +43 (0)6457 2090 and we will check together whether delivery is possible.

Note for deliveries outside the EU

Shipments to countries outside the European Union may incur additional costs that are not included in our shipping rates. These include import duties, the import VAT of the destination country and any handling fees charged by the delivery company. These costs are payable by you as the recipient and are usually due upon delivery.

Our shipping partners

We ship with Austrian Post, GLS, DPD and DHL. Which carrier is used depends on the destination country, package size, weight and current availability.

Returns

Returns are easy: you only pay a small contribution towards the shipping costs. Create your return label conveniently via our returns portal – the cost will be deducted from your refund. Of course, you can also arrange the return shipment yourself.

Bikes: Please register the return of a bike with us in advance. We will arrange the freight pickup, and the flat rate of €39.90 will be deducted from your refund. If possible, please pack the bike in its original box.

Please do not send your return unpaid – unpaid or insufficiently stamped parcels may incur additional costs, which will be deducted from your refund.
