ZipFit. Cork instead of compromise.
The liner that adapts to your foot – and not the other way around. More heel hold, more control, fewer pressure points. Customized by skiers who are on the mountain every single day themselves.
When the shoe fits, the whole day goes better.
A standard liner is a compromise for thousands of feet. A ZipFit liner is made for exactly one – yours.
Instead of foam that goes flat after a few weeks, ZipFit contains a cork composite that molds to your heel, ankle, and instep and stays there. The result: your foot sits securely in the boot, your heel doesn't lift, and you feel every movement directly on the ski.
Whether it's a new ski boot or your favorite pair that no longer fits quite right – a ZipFit gets more out of it. And because the cork can be remolded at any time, the fit evolves as your foot or the shell changes.

A good fitting takes time: analysis, consultation, adjustment. Let us know in advance so we are prepared when you come by our shop in Flachau with your ski boots.
OMFit: Cork that remembers your foot
The heart of every ZipFit is OMFit – a cork composite material that becomes moldable with heat. It sits in its own chambers around the heel and ankle, precisely filling the gaps where your foot would otherwise slide.
For over three decades, racers, ski instructors, and bootfitters worldwide have relied on these liners from Italy. Neoprene or leather lining, an insulated toe box, and varying volumes ensure that support and comfort go hand in hand.
The big difference compared to foam: cork hardly loses its volume. What fits today will still fit after a hundred days of skiing.
Four steps to the perfect fit
Bring your ski boots and your ski socks with you – we'll take care of the rest in our workshop in Flachau.
Analysis
We will examine your foot, ski boot, and skiing style to determine which liner and insole are right for you.
Deposit
An individually molded footbed stabilizes your foot – the foundation upon which the ZipFit is built.
Forms
The liner is heated, sensitive areas are padded, and the cork molds to your foot inside the boot.
Final polish
We add or remove cork as needed until the heel and ankle fit properly. And we continue to do so later on as well.
Your benefits on the slopes
-
Firm heel support
The heel remains down – less friction, less pressure on the shin and toes.
-
Direct Power Transmission
Every movement is transferred directly to the ski. You ski with more control and save energy.
-
A fit that lasts
Cork barely loses its volume – the liner lasts for many seasons instead of flattening out.
-
Always adjustable
Foot or shoe changed? Reheat the liner, adjust the cork, done.

For every application
Race, piste, all-mountain, freeride, or touring – there is a model to suit everyone.
Many come to us because the shoe is pinching. Usually, however, the problem is that there is too much room in the boot and the foot slides around. A ZipFit with the right footbed takes up exactly that space – and suddenly the same boot rides like a new one.
Bootfitting is our specialty.
Not every foot needs a ZipFit. That is why we work with several systems – and will find what truly fits you.
Atomic Memory Fit
Shell, liner, and buckle are heated together and molded to your foot – in just a few minutes.
Nordica Infrared Customization
Targeted infrared heat shapes the shell exactly where it pinches – precisely and gently.
Insoles by Bootdoc & Formthotics
The basis of every good fit: individually molded insoles stabilize the foot and improve power transmission.
Frequently Asked Questions about ZipFit
Will a ZipFit fit in my existing ski boot?
In most cases, yes. The crucial factor is that the shell size and liner volume are compatible. Let us know your boot and Mondopoint size – and we will tell you in advance which model makes sense.
Which model is the right one for me?
That depends on your foot volume, your shell, and your riding style. Narrow foot in a wide boot? Probably more cork (HV). Tight boot, sporty riding style? Probably LV or Corsa. The safest bet is a quick consultation via email, support@sportamjet.shop
Can I buy the ZipFit online and still have it fitted?
Yes. You can order your liner online and bring it to us in Flachau for fitting with your ski boots. It is best to let us know in advance so that we can schedule enough time.
How long does a fitting take?
Plan on about one to two hours – including analysis, custom insoles, and fitting. Bring your ski boots and the socks you wear when skiing.
How long does a ZipFit last?
Significantly longer than a foam liner. Because cork retains its volume and can be readjusted, a ZipFit will often accompany you through several pairs of ski boots. The oldest one we have seen was about 700 ski days old!
