It was specially developed for modern touring ski boots and combines the legendary ZipFit feel with significantly reduced weight. The result: an inner boot that works efficiently uphill and provides a level of control downhill that is rarely found in classic touring boot liners.

The ZipFit Espresso is aimed at demanding ski tourers, freeriders, and ski mountaineers who don't want to compromise between ascent and descent. At approximately half the weight of a classic ZipFit liner, it offers maximum freedom of movement when walking and, at the same time, the legendary heel hold for which ZipFit is world-renowned.

Technology & Comfort

The heart of the Espresso is the proven OMFit® cork system. The cork chambers in the ankle and tongue areas adapt individually to your foot and can be refilled at any time. This creates exceptionally secure heel hold without pressure points or uncomfortable movement in the boot.

For low weight, ZipFit uses high-quality Ultralon foam and a flexible Flexalon toe box. It offers your toes ample freedom of movement, dries particularly quickly, and ensures high comfort even on multi-day tours. The asymmetrical tongue improves contact with the shin and distributes pressure evenly across the entire lower leg.

Flexible movement zones and the innovative Kevlar cuff pocket were also specially developed for touring boots. A volume spoiler can be placed there without causing friction or pressure points. Together with the Speed-Cinch lacing, this creates a precise fit for the ascent and maximum control during the descent.
